Found these while looking for vegan breakfast bars and am quite pleased by both texture and flavor. The first strawberry macademia bar I tried was lacking in flavor, however both blueberry cashew and double chocolate delivered in taste. Texture is comparable to a soft baked bread. Not filling, yet satisfying. Cost is a bit pricey though.
