Creamy, rich, strawberry ice cream made from cashews, soy milk, cane sugar, vanilla and strawberries. We enjoyed this treat immensely.👍👍

lol1409 Ermm, I've never followed measurements in my life, I was just going to chuck them in and give it a whirl in the blender 🤣 But I have notes from a workshop ages ago, which I sort of used for a strawberry "gelato". I'll try to use that as a baseline and let you know if it works! 2 likesReply
