Review of Vegan Yasai Ramen at Ghost Ramen by veganmika

So glad that we were walking by and just happened to check the menu outside and saw that they had a vegan ramen. Since having some on vacation a few weeks ago, I want to try it more in town. This was delicious. Nice and light, tasty broth. The tofu and pickled shiitake mushrooms were my favourite part.
