Totally blown away with this dish! Starting to enjoy more Indian cuisine now as I learnt from @simhazel on delicious Indian Vegan/Vegetarian food and from my fellow yoga course-mates during our makan outings or at their homes. Attended a few classes on Ayurveda diet and nutrition and I really appreciate/understand the delicate work of Indian cuisines, especially the health benefits of their ingredients. Cashew nuts are my favourite nuts and with masala, the taste is interesting. Two of us could not finished it as the portion was huge and will probably be protein overload for me as we have other protein dishes too. ‘Dabao-ed’ back for my dear girl to try and she loves it too. Other dishes were yummy as well. We sat indoors as it was really clean and quiet. Will patronise again this weekend or order delivery!
