A perennial favourite, this dessert is simple but yet delightfully tasty. Made with coconut cream and shaved ice that’s topped with green rice flour jelly, red beans, attap chee and a generous drizzle of palm sugar syrup, this old-school version was right balance of creamy coconut and sweetness. #chendol #dessert #coconutlover #singaporefood
