Gorgeous gnocchi, and so easy to cook too since you really don’t need to pre cook them if you’re lazy. I usually pop these into the pan together with onion, garlic and a splash of liquid to let them cook through and add herbs, veggies or whatever I’m craving. Here cooked with tomato paste, white wine and cherry tomatoes topped off with a generous sprinkle of parveggio.
