Slow cooked BBQ Jackfruit sitting on a quinoa patty with a kick to it is a must try! There’s nothing like this in HK and I love how it cures my BBQ cravings from our backyard cookouts in the USA. Props to Beef & Liberty for keeping this vegan Special on the Menu 🙏
