This pizza’s toppings were artichokes, mushrooms, olives, rice mozzarella and vegan sausage. I was very happy to see an original vegan option on the menù, something different from the usual marinara or pizza with mixed vegetables. It was my first time eating pizza with vegan cheese. It tasted good, but I still prefer pizza rossa, with no cheese at all. It’s still great that this is offered as an option.
