This cold soba noodle salad is unreal. It comes in a toasted sesame sauce and chili oil with cucumber, bean sprouts, peanut and pickled daikon and carrots. It’s got a little heat but nothing too intense. If you’re looking for a satisfying, fully vegan meal, head out to Bird&Bao, in Patchogue, NY, and pair this bad boy with the cucumber salad. So so so good.
