All the veggies were really fresh and tasted delicious but I thought it was odd that there was no sauce of any kind and that made the tofu kind of bland and the rice and lentil mix on the bottom quite dry. It's a good portion size and it contains a couple different kinds of protein which is pretty good for something carried by a mainstream grocery store.
