Sorrryyyy!! I forgot the exact name but it’s about 5 words long. This is a side dish from Clef Cafe. Priced at $4.80 (per portion of 4) if purchased ala carte. Consider getting this as a side when you order their (rice, porridge & noodles) set meals instead. Although a little pricey, it was packed w a burst of sweetness from the corn and saltiness from the “spring roll-like” ingredients within!
There is a tinge of tanginess (it sticks but not in a bad way — probably a mayo substitute), and it was ridiculously crispy and firm. The ingredients within did not crumble like a mess, providing a very addictive bite😋
