Okay, I’ll admit that before I tried this I’d never paid more attention to it than a passing glance. I didn’t even know how to pronounce “gnocchi,” and I still may be saying it wrong. (It’s “know key,” right?) If I’m wrong, PLEASE correct me.
I’m reminded of a time that I mispronounced Don Quixote as “Don Quick Sote,” much to my literary shame… but I digress.

Back to the fooooood!

I cooked this up according to the directions, added some 365 brand Organic Marinara, a chopped up meatless patty, and -DAMN!- how have I LIVED this long without this stuff in MY MOUTH on the regular?!
The texture is slightly chewy, taste is slightly cheesy (perhaps due to the lactic acid?), and overall brings me to the brink of overstuffing my stomach.

For something as simple as this to taste this good you’ve got a repeat customer for life, friends!

For the curious, here’s the ingredients list : cauliflower purée, potato flakes, cornstarch, lactic acid, and rice flour.
