Pepe's always meets five star quality! The side salad to this Nirvana burrito had a maple vinaigrette on top -- super yummy and not excessive!
Nirvana Burrito ingredients:
Large flour tortilla with herb roasted potato, sweet potato, zucchini, carrot, brown rice, pinto beans, and drizzled with cashew crema. Served with fresh organic greens and salsa.
