This was an amazing taste sensation! I’d never tried these types of wild mushrooms before and the herbed vinaigrette, chick peas, olives and fennel were a great combination. The dish required one modification by removing the dairy butter, which we did but we also spoke to the manager suggesting they make the dish with vegan butter and everyone can enjoy it. They loved the idea!
