I got so excited to learn Harvest had vegan desserts!
The cream is cashew based. It’s not super sweet - which is a pro, to me - and maybe I could have used a pinch of extra sugar. The consistency is exactly what you’d expect from a cheesecake or similar.
I would order it again!
