Simply delicious ! I cooked this in simple toon sauce. First pan-fried firm tofu ( cut to cubes ), set aside. Stir-fried Omni Strips, I like to add ginger for some heat. Put in the earlier prepared tofu cubes and parsley. Toon sauce, S&P to taste. Enjoy.
