This potato filled bread is not originally vegan but it was possible to veganize it, kudos to the restaurant for that.
This bread may look simple, but the thin layer in between is a surprise, tasty and full. Maybe a bit too oily, but it goes very well with the bread, so it might be considered a feature. Absolutely recommended.
