Recognized this as a Veganized sandwich from the thumbnail. Gonna have to try this next time! My favorite one is the BBQ Lions Mane, so far...

Veganized

The Reuben sandwich had tempeh, beets, spinach and more. There was a bit too much spinach and the tempeh had a weird texture, other than that it was ok.
