Teff brown wholegrain comes from Ethiopia, it's a superfood grain, fine grains, with a nutty wholesome taste cooked as porridge. This savoury porridge pictured has Hawaiian sweet potato and chapote fruit added, plus black seed, hemp seed, and bit of cracked pepper on top.
