ftc Thank you 😀, we really did enjoy it, polenta is a northern Italian dish made of course ground corn and other grains , freshly cooked Polenta is soft and creamy like porridge or mash and makes a terrific bed for sauces . Alternatively it can be made to cool and solidify into a loaf that can be baked , fried or grilled as per the dish I made , it is a delicious and versatile meal 1 likeReply
