This consisted of original 🐔-free chick’n with an intensely delicious homemade sunflower seed basil pesto, smoked 🐮-free gouda, tomato, and arugula. As always, the chick’n was crispy on the outside with a tender meaty inside that perfectly mimicked the bird-derived version. What a wonderful combination of flavors! It came with a creamy, refreshing side of mac salad that had cucumbers and a touch of dill that gave it a little extra zip. #saveveganrestaurants
