Thin vermicelli rice noodles and vegetables in a delicious coconut chilli peanut sauce, topped with bean sprouts, mixed nuts, mandarins, sesame seeds and coconut. A must try to anyone visiting Banff and wanting a flavour packed noodle dish!!
