My expectations were low for this dish… but it blew me away. Easily my favourite appetizer on the menu, I couldn’t get enough. The cashew cream mixed with the tomato kasundi was incredible . Lightly fried broccoli florets, served with a cashew almond cream, tomato kasundi and black salt.
