Green onion, or #scallion; or as I mentioned before (I did, right?), that long and green thing I (the-old-no-kitchen-experience I) thought as giant American chive🤭
I love to use it in pretty much everything, esp when I’m lazy to peel an onion🥱🧅 It’s also more available and affordable than chive where I live.
However, I can’t believe it’s the first time it occurred to me to add it to the flatbreads I make all…the...time🤦🏻♀️ I mean…🙄
Anyway, it’s hard to tell from the photo. So you just have to trust me that it’s there…in the flatbread 🫓🌿 (squinting won’t help, I tried…but the flavor is undeniable). I used them to finish up the last drop of the lentil curry and now I’m hooked (a bit late to the game but there are future opportunities👩🏻🍳)
