Review of Eye cream - Upcircle by theknackeredvegan

OK, I'm not good enough to have used this regularly and be able to comment on how effective it is for dark circles (mine look like they have been drawn on with marker pen) HOWEVER... It does do amazing things for puffy lids... I didn't even realise mine were curable until I used it! I literally thought it was eyelid lift or learn to be OK with them! The only downside is that it gets a bit stingy, like SPF.
