Ok, so there is ABSOLUTELY nothing redeeming nutrition -wise about these. Full of sugar, artificial colour and flavour...but! On a hot summer day, an old fashioned cocktail with bourbon/or whisky of your choice, orange slice, maraschino cherry, topped up with soda hits the spot!
