Delicious organic seitan with a shoyu (soy sauce) marinade. Great texture, big pieces. Rich in protein. It's only labeled vegetarian (probably for marketing reasons), but it's obvious from the ingredient list that it does not contain any animal products. Price 5,99 €.

It's so silly when companies doesn't want to label something vegan for marketing reasons.. 🙄 before I went vegan I wouldn't even notice any of these labels, I were too busy going on about my day to read labels or packagings 🤦♀️
