My go to nooch😋 Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy, nutty flavor to dishes and is a perfect alternative for parm on pasta 🍝 Not every nooch out there is tasty tho. This is my fav, but I also like the one from vitam. Nutritional yeast contains a good amount of B vitamins. Therefore it’s a good source for vit B2, which is important for the metabolism, immune system and skin, hair & nails. You can also find B2 in almonds, mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, cashews and soybeans. #nooch
