Masala-e-Magic carries the essence of the wildly famous Maggi Masala. The brand came up with a universal masala (spice mix) packet that's supposed to elevate the quotidian taste of a recipe.. any recipe, that's meant to be a main course, that isn't sweet.
So far so good. It matches every Indian main course, accompaniment, appetizer, dough-y things very well.
