I will dream about this food.

The sauce they used was superb. It was a smoky chipotle that was perfectly warm and flavorful. I was trying to cut back on oil so I asked about it and apparently there isn't any oil in it unless you ask to have some drizzled on top.

I decided to try a bite before driving home which was a big mistake because I couldn't stop...and I'm very disciplined about food usually. Cleaning up a little spilled cashew queso sauce was well worth it.

This restaurant is vegetarian but most of their dishes are actually vegan. I've been 5 times and every time I am impressed with the quality of their food and how great their staff is.
