Who has time to shred potatoes and squeeze out the water for hash browns? Not me. These are simple, unseasoned, and cook quickly. I like to make them in the air fryer to make them nice and crispy.
I love using these as crust for a quiche.

No hash browns to buy in my country. 😭 Not in supermarkets. Only at mcd and not vegan. 😑
