Who can say anything bad about maple syrup!? This is my go-to for syrup used in baking. The price is right when you get it from Costco. We love to buy local for when we use it as a syrup on pancakes or something, even though this is delicious too. I just don't feel as bad using this in large quantities when baking like I do when using the fancy local stuff.
