I’d never had microgreens before and found them at Trader Joe’s on sale so I gave them a shot. Happy to say that I LOVE THEM! They are way better than sprouts (less bitter) and the texture is great. I’ve been adding them to as many dishes as possible, and went through the container in 4 days! Need to go stock up on them.
