These were so good! I was too impatient to steam them so I followed the microwave instructions. They turned out slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The filling was delicious. I topped mine with green salsa which was good, but they would be even more awesome with some enchilada sauce or queso on top. They are small but 1 with some rice & beans filled me up, and my bf said 2 was the perfect amount for him. Definitely buying again!
