This stuff is SOOOOO good! The vanilla flavor IS very sweet so if you don't like sweet it might not be for you. It's like drinking left over cereal or muffin milk. Great for cereals to make them an extra treat :) You can taste the oat flavor but it is pleasant not overpowering.
