Review of Noodle Box at Red Box Noodle Bar by pretzelworm

An Edinburgh institution, it’s like noodle Subway. £6.90 for a good box of noodles, and it comes in an American style box! Wide variety of noodles, vegetables (and tofu) and sauces, stir fried to order. This one had broccoli, carrot and water chestnuts with spicy Korean sauce. The one complaint I have is the sauce does tend to all be at the bottom and it’s a little soupy.
