This consisted of sweet braised tofu, edamame pate, cucumbers, pickled carrots and daikon, jalapeños, and cilantro on a Vietnamese baguette. The tofu was meaty and flavorful and went very well with the crunchy sweet and sour pickled carrots and daikon. #abillionturns3
