Firstly, thumbs for creating a vegan dish from an otherwise vegetarian unfriendly establishment. 👍👍

The soup is really thick and creamy well-complimented by fragrance of the oils. So it's oily as well. 😅 The serving is rather small for me (I'm a medium-sized Asian). The chashu is nothing special and can easily get from the neighborhood supermarket.

Overall, I'm not impressed but really appreciate the effort! For the price, I'll rather have the noodles at Saute-San.
