Best vegan chorizo I’ve ever had! These tacos were everything I wanted and more. Koki’s blue corn tortillas filled with North Market spices infused vegan chorizo, purple potatoes, fresh cut corn, red onions, & tomatillo. Usually comes with corn on the cob, but I opted for more purple potatoes with North Market spices.
Absolutely delicious!
