~ Tossed with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and sundried tomatoes served with a touch of basil pesto, almond ricotta and pine nuts 😻 this dish was very tasty! Although I did find the actual gnocchi quite hard - obviously due to being GF 👀 the combination of flavours was great and very pretty presentation! 👍
