Vegan & Gluten Free Tahini Cookie. Made with tahini, sweetened with Gula Melaka, and rolled in sesame seeds. It’s absolutely delicious with a distinct tahini flavour that I love & it’s not overly sweet. Unlike others cookie, these tahini cookie are chewy with slight crisp of the outer ring.
