I had high hopes for this bowl but ultimately ended up disappointed. I appreciated the #vegan option of #impossible beef, but it wasn’t cooked with any spices to give it flavor. The “market veggies” in the bowl were three slices of grilled zucchini - not much of a market of veggies if you ask me. I did like that they made their pico de gallo from cherry tomatoes, I’d never seen that before. Nice to have a vegan option but wouldn’t order again.
