This is the 3rd time I’ve had this dish. It never disappoints. Be sure to order it vegan, without fish sauce. It has a distinct sweet flavor. The veggies are cooked well. It could be more nutritious with brown rice instead of white however the white rice is nice and fluffy which compliments the dish. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend.
