Customized my taco to the tune of Sofritas plant protein, Romaine Lettuce, Fajita Veggies, Tomato Salsa, Brown Rice, Pinto Beans in a Crispy Corn Tortilla. $2.85 for one avg sized taco and the sofritas isnt healthy, but it was delicious.

Even though chipotle is a meat serving fast food, according to what I've read the company seems more eco-responsible than most of these kind of places. Nothing in my order was plastic, and there's ample plant based offering. Feels okay to cast my vote for vegan food here. Maybe hypocritical to say, I wouldn't do the same at a McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Subway, etc.
