Uchu Sushi’s Veggie Tempura Roll is a must try when visiting this restaurant. After the roll is made, it is dusted in tempura flakes—adding a unique and tasty texture that is truly different than regular rolls. The sweet potato & cucumber compliment each other well, and I couldn’t think of a better meal for a hot day! This roll and the Nasuyaki roll are both a must try when visiting Uchu Sushi.
