Review of Tofu - Natursoy by pbsofia
Today, we had Tofu Scrambled “Eggs” for lunch and, as a side dish, my mom made her delicious Asparagus & Mushrooms’ Risotto 👌🏼

I used this #organic fresh Tofu (3rd and 4th pics) from Celeiro. Costs 2,49€ and contains 250g.
Ingredients: water, soy 25,2%, gelling agent: nigari.
