This reminds me so much of the pork Katsu curry from monster curry I used to eat. I don't find tindle to be chickeny but more pork ish. I really liked the taste of the tindle and the curry was really delicious too. I would just preferred if it was spicier or if we could opt for a spicy version. I'm so glad this dish exists though! Will definitely have this again in the next few days!
