I highly recommend trying this vegan ramen!! It came with vegan noodles, miso broth, mushroom strips, green onions, spring mix, wakame, organic tofu, and delicious croquettes tempura.

I also had vegetable spring rolls and they were super tasty! If you’re ever in Temecula, be sure to check them out!
