Not a bad product at all, though not a personal favourite of the sort.
Tastes nice in a spaghetti bolognese or the like, but definitely jazzing it up a bit with garlic, herbs, seasoning, what-have-you.
Source of iron and B12; clearly labelled as being plant-based; lasts in the pantry being sold in a can. 🌿
