Been thinking about trying these for a while... I find jackfruit can be hit or miss

Jackfruit bao buns

I didn't mind these. 🙂 As far as bao go, I enjoyed these. Quick to cook, taste pretty good, not expensive and an easy snack. 

FYI bao (包) = bun. So these are Jackfruit bun buns 😁
